Standard Sizer Features

All our roller types rotate to help gently align the produce. Each machine is equipped with over-roller turning flaps to spread and align the product as the gaps between the rollers expand.

Roller Types

Plastic-covered rollers

This design creates a long slot for the product to enter. Ideal for most products including long potatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.

Rubber Spools

Rubber spools provide a four point slot for produce, providing sizing similar to ring sizing for round potatoes, onions, oranges, etc.

Urethane Rounded Spools

Urethane rounded spools provide maximum support and protection  from bruising for apples, tomatoes, plums, etc.

V-shaped Spools

Sometimes called "Mushroom Spools" these Urethane  Spools orient oval or flat products by large diameter. Ideal for flat mushrooms, strawberries, flat onions, etc.

Our patented roller drive system can be designed to accommodate your particular sizing needs. Sizing can start from as small as 1/4 inch,

Use one of over 1000 drive patterns currently available or have our design team create one for your system for a small additional charge. 

Speed Sizer settings

Built to Last

The frame is rigid 2 x 5 steel tubing and all parts are made with precision and pre-tested before the system is shipped.

Standard single or 3-phase TEFC Motors range from 1 to 2 HP.​

​Easy Adjustment Features

Size Dividers

Kerian Speed Sizer

Easily movable dividers allow precise size adjustment. Dividers can also easily be added or subtracted to change the number of sizes.

Adjustable Legs

​The legs on all models are adjustable over one foot of height.  Custom platform options are also available for a fee, making any height a possibility. 

Accepts casters 

The base of each leg of the sizer accepts standard 6-inch casters.
