The Kerian Sizer will rapidly and accurately sort your jalapenos, serranos or chili peppers by size. Straight PVC or Stainless Steel rollers will align the peppers properly and sort them by the thickness of the shoulder/crown.

The sizes that the peppers are sorted into can be quickly and easily adjusted by moving the dividers on the takeaway conveyor.​
