When grading broccoli and cauliflower florets, the first concern is gentle handling, to prevent damage to the florets and maximize quality. The Kerian Sizer will gently carry your florets forward as it grades them by size. The opening between the rollers consistently and slowly increases. Rollers carefully straightened during manufacturing eliminate any pinching or squeezing during sizing to guarantee gentle handling of your product.

The takeaway conveyor can be positioned a few inches below the rollers so that the florets are gently carried to the side of the Kerian Sizer, neatly sorted by size.

The sizes that the florets are sorted into can be quickly and easily adjusted by moving the dividers on the takeaway conveyor.
