When grading peaches, the first concern is gentle handling, to prevent damage to the fruit and maximize quality. The rollers on the Kerian Sizer are designed specifically to handle the peaches as gently as a roller grading table.  
 
The sizes that the peaches are sorted into can be quickly and easily adjusted by moving the dividers on the takeaway conveyor.
 
The opening between the rollers consistently and slowly increases. Rollers carefully straightened during manufacturing eliminate any pinching or squeezing during sizing to ensure gentle handling.
 
The takeaway conveyor can be positioned a few inches below the rollers so that the peaches are gently carried to the side of the Sizer, neatly sorted by size.
